Meet the Co-Founders of Jamaica Fashion Week
LaToya McLeary
Co-Founder & Creative Director
LaToya McLeary is a Jamaican-born international fashion stylist, creative director, and entrepreneur based in New York City. She is the founder and creative director of HauteLife World Eyewear and has studied at institutions including the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Vogue College of Fashion, and the University of Madrid. Through her global fashion experience, she helps shape the creative vision, brand partnerships, and international positioning of Jamaica Fashion Week.
Carlotta Tate Olason
Co-Founder & Chair
Carlotta Tate Olason is a fashion entrepreneur, health psychologist, and founder of Erlendur Fashion Week Iceland, Erlendur Magazine, and Erlendur Talent Agency. With Jamaican heritage and extensive international experience, she leads the strategic vision of Jamaica Fashion Week, focusing on cultural exchange, fashion tourism, economic growth, and global industry partnerships.
