Working with ad agencies as well as direct with Clients, we identify the perfect Photographer for a project based on brief and budget.  We negotiate fees, usage, etc. and put together a complete bespoke team for each job. I work closely with creative teams to fully understand their brand’s concept and unique needs, which allows me to present a range of talent that is thoughtfully curated to be both within budget and perfect for the project. Additionally, I enjoy drawing on my network of contacts in Fashion, Beauty, and lifestyle to offer full crew referral, from photographers to stylists.

DUTIES:

• Vendor and talent recommendations

• Determining and managing project schedules

• Managing large budgets

• Determining and writing usage statements

• Casting

• Selecting and booking talent

• Negotiating rates

• Arranging photo shoot schedules

• Establishing well functioning teams and crews

• Managing crews: sometimes multiple in different locations

• Location scouting

• Travel arrangements

• Representing client/company and managing community relations
